I've lived in Seattle area communities for more than 35 years, starting in Capital Hill as a teenager. We walked everywhere, spent summers at Golden Gardens and watched the Blue Angels at Seafair. My family eventually moved to Kirkland, and after college I bought my first home in Greenwood. When I started my own family, we began in Greenlake but would move back to the Eastside, this time landing in Redmond.

My first-hand knowledge of many of the areas neighborhoods allows me to help you find the perfect "home" for this phase of life and every one that comes after.
