More About Me

It’s About Customer Service

I believe building and developing long term relationships is what real estate is all about; not the transaction. By being my clients’ resource, advocate, advisor and industry expert; the transaction will take care of itself.
Every individual’s situation and circumstance is different – the real estate transaction process can be daunting and overwhelming. There is a lot at stake and attention to detail is crucial during this process – my hope is to take the fear out of Real Estate.
You will be hard-pressed to find an agent with a more positive attitude, calmness, perseverance and commitment to helping you achieve your goals. Throughout the journey you can count on an exceptional partner and someone who will be an advocate for your interests.
In order to make your experience a positive one, communication is imperative. It is my policy to provide you with timely and critical information throughout the process so you never feel out of the loop or have unanswered questions.

Today’s Real Estate Market

Technological advances provide both buyers and sellers with more access to information. Due to this, as a broker my job has been transformed -- making my clients a welcomed active participant in the buying and selling process.
Information is power, with it, clients have more influence over the Real Estate process. Now more than ever you need a full service Real Estate Agent to help you guide the way. Someone who has knowledge of the market, the industry and all of the intricacies involved in contracts, negotiations and unique property situations; safeguarding and allowing you to reach your goals from the outset.

About Me

During my 25 years working in client service; marketing, event/TV production, sales and now Real Estate -- attention to detail has always been paramount and what I have built my success on. I combine knowledge of the Seattle area, professionalism, passion, integrity and honesty in my work and find it essential to any successful partnership.
After living in Kirkland for nearly 10 years and ithe North Seattle / Greenlake area for the another 12, I have found my way back to the Eastside in Redmond. Therefore, I am extremely familiar with many neighborhoods in Western Washington. I purchased my first home in 1999 in North Seattle and have purchased and remodeled several since. I have a trained eye for what can and needs to be done to a home both prior to putting it on the market to maximize selling price as well as prior to submitting a competitive and solid offer.
As a previous small business owner, being part of my community has always been a vital part to any successful and fulfilling venture. I give back whenever I can and have in the past worked with Boys and Girls Clubs, Page Ahead, The First Tee / Greater Seattle, American Red Cross, Seattle Works, Music is for Everyone; and now with the Windermere Foundation.
When I’m not working, I’m playing with my two daughters, son and husband. You’ll find us at the out enjoying all that this amazing Northwest Region has to offer; great restaurants, Woodinville Wine Country, the Woodland Park Zoo, walking or running around at the many amazing parks or trails, out on our road bikes or skiing, anytime we can!
